At Home Bootcamp Workout You can Do with No Weights

Bodyweight exercises are the best ways to drop fat and build lean muscle mass. Craig Ballantyne has a great set of bodyweight workouts, called the TT Bootcamp 2.0, that features 31 intense workouts you can perform in the comfort of your own home.

He even shows you how to develop your own intense workouts, so that you can literally have an endless supply of bodyweight routines to help you achieve your goals.

Using Craig’s suggestions, I created my own Bodyweight-only workout. Try this:

Circuit #1

  • Stability Ball Leg Curl
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Seal Jumps
  • Total Body Extension

Perform each movement for 20 seconds. Rest 60 seconds at the end of the circuit. Perform the circuit 3 times.

Water Break

Circuit #2

  • Close-Grip Pushups
  • Lying 1-Leg Hip Extension
  • Stability Ball Mini Rollout
  • Prisoner Squat
  • Eccentric Push-up

Perform each movement for 20 seconds. Rest 60 seconds at the end of the circuit. Perform the circuit 3 times.

That’s it! This workout should take you no more than 15 minutes.

Now, creating a workout is pretty tough and requires a lot of guess and check. It’s a great idea to use Craig’s workouts as a template.
