Each year, Craig Ballantyne comes out with an intense New Years workout program. I don’t know what he’ll come up with for the 2010, but lets take a look at some of the annual workouts of the past few years:
2K6 4-Week Fat Loss Workout Program
Gyms are the busiest around New Years. People are rushing, running around, trying to live up to their New Years resolutions. 4 weeks later, most people will have given up. But not you because you’re armed with an intense Turbulence Training workout plan which can be done with limited equipment.
The 2K6 4-Week plan can be done with only a barbell, a bench, a ball and dumbbells. But the best part about Craig Ballantyne is that if you don’t have a particular piece of equipment, he shows you variations that you can perform with either your bodyweight or with dumbbells.

In the 2K7 Workout, Craig Ballantyne provides you with 32 Unique, fat burning exercises organized into his trademark non-competing supersets. For those that tried the 2K6 workout, the 2K7 workouts is more intense, more difficult, and more…well everything.
This plan features 2 strength workouts, 2 ab workouts, 1 bodyweight circuit, and 2 interval training workouts. You can pick and choose which workout you wish to do as a 3-day plan. - Monday – Bodyweight Circuit & Interval Training Workout A
- Wednesday – Turbulence Training Strength Workout A or B & Ab Circuit #1 or #2 (each week, alternate between workouts A or B, and Ab workouts #1 and #2)
- Friday – Bodyweight Circuit & Interval Training Workout B

2K8 4-Week Fat Loss Workout Program
TT 2K8 is all about plateau’s. We all hit fat loss plateaus, and if you’re having trouble getting rid of stubborn fat, this is the program for you. That being said, if you’re an absolute beginner, then this is not the program for you.
Each year, Craig Ballantyne tries to out-do the New Years program from the following year. 2K8 is no different. He’s taken all that he’s learned from the past two years, and injected all the knowledge into giving you the best for 2008.

As I mentioned earlier, each year Craig Ballantyne takes all of his best workouts, training techniques, and secret tips and puts it together in an annual workout. 2K9 is no different. This plan features three incredible workout routines, including the infamous 10×10 Dumbbell Circuit.
