Chris Lopez just came out with a brand new video for women: single-leg exercises that you can do with bodyweight and Kettlebells. The video was inspired after Chris’ wife hit her pre-pregnancy weight.

Many women feel that it’s almost impossible to lose the baby fat after pregnancy. Not true at all. You just need some hard core workouts, a sound diet, and lots of consistency to make it happen.
