I watched the video and I must say, it is quite unique – something I’ve never seen before. I’m super sceptical as I have access to dozens of new fitness programs. Most of them are all the same, and they all work to some degree. But the claims that Tyler Bramlett makes, I was super skeptical. In addition, these are yoga-like flow workouts. I’ve tried yoga in the past and HATED it. However after the first 60-seconds… my heart rate was elevated and my body was shaking – the workout did a fabulous job of really challenging me beyond typical pushup and pullup routines – this is NOT your typical fitness video…

The video explains what Tyler did to help his most difficult client – Evan – who was unable to perform any of the typical such as pushups, squats, and pullups. The story of Evan is even something that  I’ve experienced – where I attempted to people who just didn’t have basic to execute the movements I tried to teach them. I felt that it was “impossible” to train these types of individuals.

For those that are overweight or obese, or are just plain weak for one reason or another, there are certain vital areas of your body – such as hip flexors – that shut down. The key is to training such individuals is to reactivate the muscle group by increasing ones flexibility and coordination.
