If you’re busy and feel you’re too busy to workout, then you need to try calisthenics workouts. Calisthenics refers to movements that use just your bodyweight. One of the biggest reasons you should perform calisthenics movements is the convenience factor.

Because you won’t need any gym or expensive equipment, you can literally get up out of bed and get through your workout. This means that it will be easier to stick to your program. Most people have the following excuses when it comes to not working out:

  1. They Don’t have Time
  2. They Can’t afford a Gym Membership

Well, with Calisthenics workouts, you can get in shape with 20-40 minute workouts, and you can do it in the comfort of your own home. So now you have absolutely no excuses. On top of the convenience factor, calisthenics are also hard work.

Most gym goers may be strong in terms how much weight they can lift, but many can’t even do a proper pushups. Movements such as pushups, pullups, and squats are extremely difficult and thus provide incredible results in terms of fat loss and mass gain.
