Calisthenics Workout for Women

Calisthencs are the perfect solution for busy women. If you have trouble getting to the gym, or don’t want to invest in expensive equipment, then you need to start performing calisthenics workouts.

Calisthenics consist of any exercise that does not require external resistance. So even movements that require the use of a pullup bar or stability ball falls into the category of calisthenics.

The following is a great Calisthenics workout for busy women. This workout is one of the many timed rounds featured in the Ultimate Gymless Workout Rounds of Fury Program:

Perform as a circuit:

  • Jumping Jacks x 30 seconds
  • Classic Push Up x 30 seconds
  • Steam Engine x 30 seconds
  • Step Ups x 30 seconds

This workout is simple: perform 4 movements, each for 30 seconds. This will give you a 2 minute workout. Rest for 1 minute, repeat for a total of 2 to 10 rounds.

This is a great calisthenics regimen for women because you can modify it based on how much time you have. If you have only 10 minutes to exercise, then perform the workout 3 times (2 minute round + 1 minute rest = 9 minute workout).
