Online Personal Training

Online Personal Training is where I create personalized training programs for you and we communicated VIA email. This option is very popular for those that have very little time on their hands and are unable to meet with a personal trainer three to four times per week.

Five things you need to know about my program:

  • The programs are based on equipment that you have access to. You no longer need to go out and purchase expensive fitness equipment or join a gym. All my recommended exercise can be performed in the comfort of your own home and with equipment that you already may have. If you do not have any equipment at all, then that’s perfectly fine as well. You can easily develop an aesthetically pleasing physique with absolutely no equipment. Gymnasts have been doing this for years.
  • The programs are made based on your fitness level, time available to train, and specific goals. I do not put all my clients through the same exact training program, unless I find two or more clients that have very similar training backgrounds and fitness levels. Your program is based on what you fill out on the fitness questionnaire. The more information you provide to me, the more specific your program will be to your needs and goals.
  • When you pay good money for a service, you take the time to make it work. My service is not cheap, and it is not for everyone. It is for people who are truly serious and are willing to do what it takes to change their health. My time is very valuable and my goal is to teach people who value my expertise. I’m not here to push a service that does not work. I am willing to put my good name behind this service and will work just as hard as you will to make sure that you are successful in your fitness goals.
  • My workouts are short, challenging, and fun. Fun is something that seems to be lacking in many of today’s fitness programs. If you are not enjoying what you are doing, then you will not stick to it for very long. The goal is to find something that gets you excited. The more enthusiastic you are about a workout, the better results you will get. I will not waste your time giving your long, boring workouts that do nothing for your health.
  • You will be asked to keep a training journal that needs to be in my inbox each week. If you do not send me your journal, then I have no way of tracking your progress. I will not ask for this training journal. It’s up to you to send me this journal each week. Please be as honest and detailed as possible. If you were unable to workout for a specific reason or if you had a bad workout for a particular reason, please detail it in your email to me.

Let me repeat myself:

Online Personal Training is for trainees who are really serious about regaining their health and fitness, and need a training program that can be performed in an extremely short period of time with limited to no equipment.

Here is how Online Personal Training works:

  1. Pick a plan (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months) and when I receive notification of a payment, I will email you a questionnaire designed to help create your training program.
  2. It may take up to seven days for me to create your training program, and we may have to go back and forth multiple times in order to create one that is perfect for you.
  3. Once you start the program, you must then email your training journal each week (preferably Friday), so that I may take a look at and make further recommendations. I will not remind you to send me this journal. If you do not send it to me, I will not be able to make any recommendations, and you will not be able to make any progress.
  4. All of my clients will have access to me via email. Feel free to ask me any questions at any time, and I will get back to you promptly.
