The truth is, one of my good friends from the fitness industry was recently on TV about his brand new fat loss method that’s come to be known as Double Edged Fat Loss. The coolest part is that this guy is a doctor, so he really knows what he’s talking about.

I watched the segment, and I can’t wait to try some of the exercises I saw him do. He’s figured out some way to teach your body to move more easily through communicating to your nervous system, or something like that… I don’t know, ask him or just watch the video and you’ll understand.
This is a really under-the-radar fat loss technique here that sort of takes a standard exercise program and doubles the benefit. I can see why people in his Pilot Study actually lost up to 4 inches in 4 weeks doing his program.
