  • 5 Lateral Lunges
  • 4 Side-Side Pullups
  • 10 Lateral Lunges
  • 3 Side-Side Pullups
  • 15 Lateral Lunges
  • 2 Side-Side Pullups
  • 20 Lateral Lunges
  • 1 Side-Side Pullups
  • 25 Lateral Lunges

Time: 12:47.59

Notes: The pullups were hard. Lateral lunges were challenging – great burn.
