It’s been a crazy week in Shah Training land. I’ve been sick for the past 3 weeks, and I NEVER get sick. You know why I got sick? It was a combination of lack of sleep, lack of proper eating, and lack of exercise.
Why did I just stop sleeping properly, stop eating properly, and stop exercising? Well….I fell in love. That is the price of love people…sickness. But I don’t regret falling in love. It really just changed my entire life around, and now I have a whole new set of goals that I’m working towards.
These goals aren’t really new. It’s just that my priorities have changed. Fitness is no longer my #1 priority, and what this does is get me closer to my audience. For someone who has a full-time job, a family to take care of, or might go to school full-time, Fitness is not YOUR #1 priority either.
A trainer’s #1 priority is their fitness, which is why they are in such great shape. Once your priorities change, so does your health. So, the question is, how can we stay in shape without fitness controlling our lives?
