Honestly, I have no idea how to build gorilla strength. It’s impossible to build that level of strength. Mother nature gave human’s lots of great characteristics, but gorilla strength, I don’t think so.

However, we can become better functioning athletes using bodyweight training and build strength, endurance, and speed to the best of our abilities. Check out this video (from the same TV show!):
So we might not be able to beat them in strength, but we can certainly beat them when it comes to agility, speed, and athleticism.
