I wasn’t planning on posting anything else today, but I just found this recent video Coach Sonnon posted. He’s got some incredible new, never before seen bodyweight exercises here. He’s also doing great stuff with Kettlebells and Clubbells. Check it out:
Wanna be as fit as Scott Sonnon? Then you absolutely have to grab a copy of his recent TacFit Commando program. That’s the only way you’ll build yourself upto his level of fitness.
TACFIT Commando is all about getting efficient and effective workouts ANYTIME & ANYWHERE. That also means not being weighed down by cumbersome or expensive equipment. Here’s Scott Sonnon’s low-tech, high-impact solution to creating a versatile piece of suspension training equipment for less than the cost of a latte.
To download the mp4 version of the Rapid Onset Pullup Equipment video, you can use the link below. Make sure you right click (or for Mac users hold down the ctrl key then click) and save to disk. I recommend saving the file to a dedicated TACFIT folder and renaming the file something that you’ll recognize.
If you’re wondering how to work this tool into TACFIT Commando, you don’t have long to wait. Coach Sonnan will be making a fully integrated plugin available in the next few weeks.
As you know, I’ve been extremely weary of gyms and commercial fitness systems. For years I’ve always challenged the norm and sought ways to achieve my goals faster and more efficiently.
I’m so glad that TacFit Commando has finally been released. It will show the world what functional fitness is all about.
Everyone’s trying to get their hands on this program. Even the guys who launched P90X – Beach Body – has recruited Coach Sonnon to try and develop their own version of the program.
Take a look at this interesting video put out by Coach Sonnon about how the health and fitness industry has failed you:
TacFit Commando is a bodyweight-only program that has been existence for many years. It’s just recently been released to the public in digital format. The program has been used in the past with:
Military Units
FireFighters
Police Officers
Law Enforcement Personnel
MMA Fighters
For military units and MMA fighters, this program makes perfect sense. These individuals need to develop strong, functional bodies that can take more than just a “punch.”
But what about firefighters and police officers? Most of the cops I see walking around my neighborhood are either overweight or overly muscular. So first of all, you need to be in shape.
Anything can happen at anytime, even in a quite neighborhood like myself. The cops in New York City (just 45 minutes drive away from my house), are in much better shape.
Although, you still see a few scrawny or overweight guys walking around, for the most part they are able to stay in better condition because they know the real dangers of their environment.
Why Use TacFit into your Strength and Conditioning Routine?
The biggest benefit of any program developed by CST (Circular Strength Training), a unique method of training developed by Coach ScottSonnon, is that you are able to balance between high and low intensity training.
I’ve made this comment about bodybuilding for sports. When I was training in Karate, some guys would go to the gym and train their chest’s until they couldn’t train them anymore.
When they came to the dojo, they couldn’t even throw a straight punch because of the extreme muscle soreness they felt. Then you’d meet them a week later, and they still hadn’t recovered from their chest workouts.
You’ll see the same stories being told in many other sports. And I’m guessing you’ll see a very similar story amongst Firefighters and Police Officers. Why is it that we believe we need to completelyeradicate our bodies in order to see results?
We may see short term increases in size, strength, and fat loss. But at what cost? Next thing you know, you’re over trained or injured because your training program simply wasn’t planned out properly.
TacFit commando is different. You can train literally every single day, although at varying intensity levels, to keep your body fit and ready for anything that may come your way.
Why Bodyweight Only?
You can use other implements besides just your bodyweight. In fact, there’s a few videos on YouTube of Scott Sonnon using TacFit and training with other implements.
In fact, lets take a look at one of his workouts:
Very interesting. That medball pushup looks interesting and something I need to try. Anyway, the point is that right now, there is only a Bodyweight version of TacFit available.
However, you can easily substitute and take some of Coach Sonnon’s YouTube workouts and replace them with your high intensity days. But bodyweight training does make a lot more sense – especially if you currently suffer from poor mobility and functional strength.
The ability to move your own body is ten times more important then the ability to move an external object. A cop may have to give chase and jump over objects, dodge oncoming objects, scale fences, etc.
All these things need superior conditioning and functional strength. On top of that, TacFit Commando bodyweight exercises can be done anywhere and at anytime.

As a trainer, you should stay up to date on all the latest health and fitness programs. I agree, most health and fitness programs are fads and are completely useless to your client’s needs.
However, a brand new program launched by Scott Sonnon and Ryan Murdock may be something that you can use to:
Help current clients break through plateaus
Attract and keep new clients with challenging, never before seen exercises
Train clients anywhere they may be
That last one is important, since TacFit Commando is a bodyweight only program. This means that instead of your clients having to come to you, you can go to your clients.
Your clients will not need a pullup bar, or a swiss ball, or any sort of fancy equipment. So, all you need to do is bring yourself. And since you’re offering something new and unique (plus, a service by saving them time and money on gym membership and drives), you can charge a higher price for your services.
I’ve been noticing a lot of Personal Trainers purchasing Craig Ballantyne’s Deluxe Bodyweight workouts through my site. (How do I know they’re trainers, because of their email address – for example, if I were to buy something on someone’s site I would use shah@shahtraining.com – which would tell you I was in some way connected to health and fitness).
So, people are already doing it. They’re using other people’s workouts to train their clients. It’ll save you a lot of time and effort on coming up with your own workouts.
And, as a trainer, you already know enough about health and fitness. So you can easily customize the training programs based on your client’s needs. You can add exercises, reduce rest periods, decrease sets – anything you need to do.
But the bottom line is that you’ll be giving your clients something new, unique, and fun. And of course, TacFit Commando has been used for years on top military units so you know it works.
TacFit Commando is a bodyweight-only program recently launched by Scott Sonnon and Ryan Murock. This program has actually been used for many years by Scott Sonnon to train top military and law enforcement personnel.
Crossfit is a fitness movement started by Coach Glassman which combines gymnastics, weight lifting, and cardiovascular conditioning to form a generalized fitness program that will boost your overall levels of conditioning.
Lets take a side by side look at both these programs:
How to Get Started?
TacFit Commando – The program was previously unavailable to the public. But it is now available in digital format for less than $200. There are no additional costs.
Since TacFit Commando is bodyweight only and features highly detailed exercise videos and workouts, you can do it all at home. In addition, the flow-fit and prasara yoga which is a part of every Scott Sonnon program helps prevent injury and boosts recovery.
CrossFit – All the workouts are free off the main website. However, you will need quite a bit of equipment including pullup bars, barbells, dumbbells, and Kettlebells.
It is also recommended that you work with a Crossfit Trainer or attend Crossfit classes, which can run about to $200-300 per month. Performing Crossfit by yourself at home can be dangerous.
Best Program for Average People
Both programs train your body at a high intensity level. For the average person, neither program is actually NECESSARY. You can get by with basic pushups, pullups, and bodyweight squats.
But if you don’t want to just get by. And if you want to try something truly unique, powerful and something that works, both programs are sufficient. The one you choose will be the one that is best suited for your lifestyle.
If you have a full time job and limited time and equipment to workout, then TacFit is the program you want to choose. However, if you have the luxury of going to a CrossFit gym for a few hours a week, then Crossfit is your choice.
Scott Sonnon vs. Greg Glassman
Scott Sonnon practices what he preaches. Greg Glassman does not. Here is what each look like:
vs.
Scott Sonnon on top, and Greg Glassman on the bottom.
Greg Glassman also walks with a limp, so to be fair he may have had some sort of injury. But once again, CrossFit does not seem to have any sort of injury-prevention system in place.
Scott Sonnon’s Circular Strength Training (CST) system of training does have a system in place for injury-prevention.
The incredible three-day launch of TACFIT Commando ends TONIGHT at midnight…
I absolutely love it when I find a program that leaves even my most health and fitness savvy readers gobsmacked.
My friends Scott Sonnon and Ryan Murdock have created exactly that.
TACFIT Commando is a comprehensive 3-month equipment-free,follow-along bodyweight exercise program that’s leaving even fitness professionals shaking their heads in amazement–and gym owners who stick their clients with high monthly fees quaking in fear.
Just check out what Gregory Zobel at Texas Tech had to say about this package:
“Are you guys insane? After the promo material and emails, I thought this program was going to be $399 and out of my grasp. When I saw it was only $97, I said, “They’re insane!” and then whipped
out my credit card. I can’t believe your price point! Also, the follow-along training vids are exactly what people like me need. I need to see someone do it and follow along. You guys keep putting out awesome material, and I like knowing you alwaysover-deliver on excellence.”
You have until midnight TONIGHT to grab the 6 Three-Day Launch bonuses along with the full TACFIT Commando Deluxe package for 51% off its full price:
Secrets Of The Flow State Performance Spiral – audio report
Deehani Endurance Breathing Techniques of the Soviet Special Forces audio report
Breakthrough FlowFighting® Toughness Training audio report
Russian Marine Combat Engagement Prep Program video
Russian Special Operations Escape and Evasion video
Coach Murdock’s Secrets of Stick Fighting videos
These bonuses alone are enough to put the “special” in “special ops.” I told Scott and Ryan they’re crazy to give this stuff away for free. But freedom is at the core of their message.
One of the best things about TACFIT Commando is that you can train anywhere, any time–without equipment and without being a slave to someone else’s schedule.
Yes, you read that right. This program will actually save you money. And you’ll get better results on it than you ever have before.
So what are you waiting for? The lean, shredded, sexy body that you crave is just one click away…
P.P.S. Tonight at midnight is the last chance to get the 6 special
bonuses. After that they go back into the deepest recesses of the
RMAX vault, and you’ll never see them again.
TacFit Commando is a brand new bodyweight program being released by Coach Scott Sonnon and Ryan Murdock. Well, it’s not “brand new.” It may be brand new to the public.
But certainly not to the Former Soviet Armed Forces, or elite MMA fighters, Law Enforcement officials, and firefighters. Any athlete or professional that faces tough physical and mental adversity has in some way sought out the help of Coach Scott Sonnon and his TacFit commando course.
The idea started when Scott Sonnon realized that some training programs were too soft, in that there was rarely an improvements made on the fear that it would burn out an athlete.
On the flip side, there were a number of programs that were too brutal and too simplistic, which did produce superior results, but also left an athlete burnt out and prone to injury.
The problem was over training and under training. Instead of one or the other, Scott Sonnon sought to create a balance between the two. His 4×7 programs, which have been featured in all of CST (Circular Strength Training) workouts, is a revolutionary new approach to training.
It uses four levels of intensities, ranging from No intensity, Low intensity, Moderate intensity, and High intensity. For years I talked about the benefits of High Intensity training.
red in my mind – how do I prevent burnout? How do I train at a high enough frequency without facing energy depletion? How do I recover fast enough?
The answer was the 4×7 system of training. I first came across it in CST Head Coaches Adam Steer and Ryan Murdock’s Bodyweight Exercise Revolution program.
It then resurfaced in their 3-month Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss program. This is the third version of this build-up. The final punch of revealing to the public what law enforcement and combat athletes have known for years.
