What parts didn&#039;t you understand? What I&#039;m trying to say is that the Warrior Diet is great for increasing your energy levels and detoxifying. It makes you feel really good, but maintaing it long-term is very difficult due to the hunger issue. The idea of eating anything you want at night is great, but to get in the amount of calories and protien and carbs you need as an athlete you may be better off following a typical 6 times a day eating plan.</description>
