We all have obstacles in our lives that prevent us from doing certain things. What I want to know is, what is your biggest obstacle when it comes to improving your health and fitness. What’s really keeping you from achieving your goals?

Not finding enough time to go to the gyms. Actually, not making the time to go to the gym.
Another big one is not eating enough. I can’t eat 6 meals a day because I don’t have time to prepare it.
Looks like time is my biggest obstacle.

Puissance – here are some ideas to help you with your problems:
Gym – You don’t need to go to the gym to get a good workout. I have a lot of bodyweight workouts on this site that you can try.
Food – There is no need to eat 6 times a day. I eat two -three times per day and have actually experienced greater results from when I was eating 6-7 times a day.
