3 Boot Camp Class Ideas to Get More Business

In this slow-poke economy, you have to hustle to get more business. The best way to get more business is to keep your current clientelle happy, and get them to spread the word about your awesome boot camp class!

Here are 3 ideas you can start implementing TODAY!

The 2-Minute Drill

Choose 8 movements, and have your clients perform each movement for 15 seconds each. This will be 2 minutes of continuous exercise. Have them rest for 30-60 seconds, and then go again.

Here’s a sample Chest/Abs circuit:

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Pushups
  • Cross-Body Mountain Climbers
  • Close-Grip Pushups
  • Spider Climb
  • Spiderman Pushups
  • T-Twists
  • T-Pushups

Speed Training

Bring your clients back to high school sports by devoting an entire boot camp class on speed-training drills.

Here are some drills to choose from:

  • Double-leg Vertical Jumps
  • Depth Jumps
  • Squat Jumps
  • 180 Degree Squat Jumps
  • Dumbbell Jumps
  • Stadium Steps
  • Sucides
  • Laterals
  • High Knees
  • Cross Steps

Station Training

Set up 5-10 station, depending on the size of your classroom, and have each person spend 2-3 minutes at each station. After the client is done with each station, they immediately move onto the next station.

You can use many of the exercises listed earlier for stations, but here are some more ideas:

  • Heavy bag station
  • Jump Roping station
  • Shadowboxing station
  • Pushups station
  • Pullups station
  • Abdominal station

These were just some random tips which I hope will help you make your bootcamp classes more intense. If you’re looking for more bootcamp workouts and bootcamp business tips, then check out Craig Ballantyne’s TT Bootcamp 2.0.
