I have modified a program for a number of reasons:

  • It featured a piece of equipment that I did not have
  • A part of the program was too easy
  • A part of the program was too hard
  • The workout lasted too long

These are the 4 main reasons why a program may need to be modified. But, if you do not already have an idea of what your fitness level is, then it may be difficult for you to modify a routine properly to suit your needs.

This is why I have decided to come out with my own program design service. For just $5 per month, i provide you with a unique routine based on the equipment that you have access to, your fitness level, and your time commitment.

Here is How the Program Works

  • Pay for your plan below and when I receive notification of payment I will email you a profile questionnaire to acquire all of the information that I need to get started on your program.
  • I will send you an email if I need more information. It will take me about one to two days to design your program and email it to you.
  • Once you start the program you’re on your own. You may ask my any questions you like regarding the program, but my job is not to help you stick to your program. I give you the program, you do it. Simple.
